Scheduling your consult is the first step to getting started at F5. Please use the contact box below to request one! In the consult, we’ll discuss your goals and medical/training history. The consultation helps us get to know you better, so we can help you get the best results possible from your training. We perform a functional movement screen, give you a tour and go over the best program options that suit your needs. It usually takes about 45-60 mins, but we schedule a full hour to be safe. Come prepared to move around and engage in light, full-body movements. It is not a full workout; the movement screen is just 5-10 minutes of the consultation.

After your consult, if you feel F5 Fitness is a fit for you, we’ll schedule your first session ASAP.
