At Function 5 Fitness we teach the the premier Kettlebell and Barbell system in the world developed by Pavel Tsatsouline , Master of Sports, and a former Soviet Special Forces physical training instructor who founded the RKC and then in 2012 branched off to launch StrongFirst - the school of strength. StrongFirst has preserved the best RKC standards and traditions and it continues to improve on them.
Our Instructors Tyler Schaeffer, Roxy Richardson and Patrick Webb are SFG certified instructors. They take pride in their high standards and their devoted attention to technique, saftey and results using Kettlebells and Barbells.
Kettlebells are used to perform explosive and static exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength & flexibility training. Learn Kettlebell exercises such as the swing, the get-up, the press, the snatch, the front squat and the clean to build strength and endurance. Get a strength and cardio workout in one! This class is great for all levels of fitness.
Beginners welcome! ALL new students take 1 Private Intro to S&C to evaluate and refine form and technique before beginig classes.
Barbell & Kettlebell classes are included in our monthly memberships options!
Classes are small so you get plenty of individual attention, only 8-10 spots available in each class. Each class is approximately 60 min.
